Dan was named in 2013 to the Thinkers 50, a ranking of the world’s 50 most influential management thinkers, and also to Fast Company magazine’s list of the Most Creative People in Business. He has spoken to teachers, police chiefs, U.S. senators, interior designers, Navy admirals, health care leaders, marketers, ministers, and countless executive teams, across 26 countries on 6 continents. (He’s still waiting for that invitation from Antarctica.)

Platon
World-Renowned, Award-Winning Photographer; Founder, The People's Portfolio
Platon's New Yorker portfolios have focused on themes including the U.S Military, portraits of world leaders and the Civil Rights Movement. In 2009, Platon teamed up with Human Rights Watch to help them celebrate those who fight for equality and justice in countries suppressed by political forces, earning him a Peabody Award for collaboration in 2011.
In 2013, Platon founded a non-profit foundation named The People's Portfolio. The foundation aspires to create a visual language that breaks barriers, expands dignity, fights discrimination, and enlists the public to support human rights around the world. He serves as the Creative Director at Large for the Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, Georgia. Platon's first film, My Body Is Not A Weapon, features survivors of wartime sexual violence and 2018 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Dr. Denis Mukwege. Platon’s life’s work is the subject of a Netflix documentary, Abstract: The Art of Design.

Nela Richardson
SVP, Chief Economist and Head of the ADP Research Institute – Labor Market
Nela earned a doctorate in economics from the University of Maryland-College Park with concentrations in financial economics, international finance and economic development. She obtained a master’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, where she was a triple major in mathematics, economics and philosophy.
Nela regularly provides insight on the economy, real estate trends and capital markets to policymakers, consumers and media. Nela serves on the foundation boards for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Business Economists. She also is a member of the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) Advisory Committee and the Conference of Business Economists.

Kelsi Black

Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt in 2005, Kelsi parlayed her skill as a process and project management expert to successfully lead HR Shared Services and HR systems implementations at Coca-Cola and Time-Warner before joining Bristol Myers Squibb. While at Coca-Cola, Kelsi was the Program Manager for the integration of HR processes at the establishments of Coca-Cola Refreshments, integrating systems to manage 67,000+ associates from five affiliate organizations into a single human resources delivery model.

Robert Dunigan

Robert’s earlier experience includes work with Ian Schrager Hotels in New York and with Omni Hotels, both in hotel and corporate positions. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
Robert is a member of the Executive Committee of the University of New Hampshire Hospitality Advisory Board, serves on the Board of the McMichael Canadian Art Foundation, and does volunteer work for the MS Society of Canada.

Marc Fafard

He joined UTC’s Global Financial Services (GFS) in 2009, where he developed the global payroll vision and strategy, which is currently live in Raytheon Technologies’ top 16 countries of employment. During his time with GFS, he contributed to a tax innovation that currently has a patent pending.
Marc began his career in public accounting with Deloitte, initially working with the corporate income tax practice where he first had the opportunity to work with Raytheon Technologies, and later, building a merger-and-acquisitions-focused compensation and benefits taxation practice. He then moved to Aetna, where he led the employment and product tax organization.

Volker Schrank

Prior to joining Mondelez in 2015, Volker spent 10 years at Accenture working on cross-industry consulting and implementation projects in the areas of HR diagnosis, HR strategy, HR organization design, HR shared services as well as global business services and talent management processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits, learning, skill management and succession planning.

Laurie Tremper

She transitioned to HR in 2012, and has had several positions, including HR Data Management Leader, North America Payroll Leader, and North America HR Operations Director, In her current role as Global Payroll Director, she has global accountability for the long term strategy, design and implementation, end-to-end processes and tools that enable the employee experience for payroll, time, and absence. Laurie is a member of the HR Solutions Leadership Team.

Steve Goldberg
Independent HR Tech Industry Advisor
Since 2006 Steve has been advising and delivering thought leadership to dozens of HCM solution providers and corporate HR teams and has served as HCM practice leader at both Bersin and Ventana Research. He’s currently an independent HR Tech industry advisor.
He holds an MBA in HR and BBA in Industrial Psychology, is widely published and has been a feature speaker around the globe. He’s also been formally recognized by multiple media outlets as a Top 100 HRTech Influencer.

Priyanka Mitra

Carlos Rodriguez

A recognized leader in the human capital management (HCM) industry, Carlos has led the global tech company through significant shifts in the world of work including the impacts of digital transformation. Under his leadership, the company has accelerated its transition from payroll processor to HCM innovator, leveraging its vast workforce data and technology investments to design a better workplace experience.
Carlos holds an MBA and Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, the Economic Club of New York, and the American Heart Association CEO Roundtable. He joined the Microsoft board as an independent director in November 2021.

Maria Black

A native of Sweden, Maria’s experience across ADP’s global portfolio has provided valuable perspective into the changing world of work and the evolving needs of the global workforce. Joining ADP in 1996 as a sales associate, Maria learned the business from the ground up by selling payroll door-to-door. She went on to assume leadership roles in sales, client services and operations, and led the successful expansion of ADP’s human capital management offerings as the General Manager for ADP United Kingdom.
Prior to her current role, Maria served as President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Previously, Maria served as President of Small Business Services and Human Resources Outsourcing.With a mission to foster diversity, equity and inclusion and ignite meaningful collaboration across the business and industry, Maria has championed corporate social responsibility efforts and serves in a number of professional organizations. Dedicated to empowering people to realize their fullest potential, Maria also plays a key role in fostering development and leadership opportunities, including acting as executive sponsor for ADP Women in Leadership (WIL).
Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and international affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Tony DeVore

ADP
Tony joined ADP after extensive global leadership experienced in the technology space. Most recently, he was Vice President of Global Alliances at Virtustream, a U.S. based cloud services company. He also held several multi-country sales leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, another U.S. based global technology company.
Tony’s leadership in global technology started at IBM, where he spent 24 years serving in several high-ranking positions. Among those roles, Tony served as Vice President based in Shanghai with his family for three years. There, as a senior global executive, Tony provided strategic business direction, enterprise sales and business development expertise.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Today, Tony is based outside of Washington, D.C.

Debbie Dyson

Debbie has spent more than 30 years in roles of increasing responsibility in client relations, operations and general management. Prior to her current role, Debbie was Corporate Vice President of ADP’s Client Experience organization. Earlier, she served as Division Vice President and General Manager of the South region’s mid-market Service Center.
Throughout her career, one thing has remained constant: Debbie’s passion for engaging and developing all people. She continues to pay it forward by being actively involved and serving as executive sponsor of several ADP business resource groups: Women in Leadership; Cultivate, a group she co-founded for African-American associates and their allies; and Pride, which brings together LGBTQ associates and allies to promote awareness, inclusion and a culture where all associates can show up as themselves and thrive.
Alongside her passion for investing in others is a deep-rooted desire to help facilitate the change we want to see. Debbie volunteers with a variety of non-profits and charities focused on breast cancer, heart disease, diversity and inclusion - and of particular significance - empowering, advancing and investing in women worldwide. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University.

David Foskett

David joined ADP in 2004, beginning his career within ESI as a District Manager for the UK business. Just six years later, he was promoted to DVP Sales and Marketing, where he oversaw double-digit sales growth and was instrumental in helping the business become a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provider in the UK market. Following this, in 2014, David took on the role of General Manager for the UK & Ireland, with responsibility for setting and delivering the region’s strategy in line with the overarching ADP corporate strategy.
David holds a holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University in the UK.

Tonya James

Most recently, Tonya was Vice President, International Product and Strategy at Equifax. In that role, Tonya led product management and innovation with teams across 23 different markets. Additionally, she managed development of the international business unit three-year strategy.

Sreeni Kutam
Chief Human Resources Officer
Before joining ADP, Sreeni was Vice President, HR Services and Technology at Express Scripts. He led the identification of the service delivery model, developed the technology footprint, managed vendor selection and executed against key deliverables of the company’s HR transformation.
Sreeni also held the role of Vice President, HR Operations, with Medco Health Solutions, which was purchased by Express Scripts in 2012. During his tenure at Medco, he led key initiatives and programs including providing critical merger and acquisition support, developing impactful talent pipeline metrics and streamlining human resources services delivery to increase HR and overall employee engagement.
Sreeni earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Andhra University, India, and his MBA from Purdue University in the United States.

Jeff Phipps

Before moving to his current role in 2021, Jeff served as the Managing Director for ADP UK & Ireland having joined the company in 2015. In that time the UK business experienced strong top and bottom-line growth along with huge improvements in associate engagement and client experience.
Prior to ADP, Jeff’s career had been in the IT industry where he has held a number of senior leadership positions in sales and operational functions of companies such as Hewlett Packard and Dell. He has worked in a number of global and European roles and immediately prior to joining ADP Jeff spent 18 months based in Frankfurt running the DACH region for a European IT business reseller.
Jeff holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and serves on the CBI’s South East Regional Council. He is passionate about education and inclusion and in 2017 was awarded the inaugural ADP award for male advocacy by the International Women’s Network. Jeff is also a highly active supporter of ADP’s charity and community engagement efforts.

Virginia Magliulo

Prior to this role, Virginia served as President of ADP GlobalView. She was appointed a Corporate Officer by ADP’s Board of Directors in 2019. Virginia joined ADP in 2015 as Customer Service Director. After a short time leading the client service team, she was promoted to General Manager, ADP Italy. In November 2017, she was appointed Southern Europe General Manager, adding to her responsibility ADP’s Spain and Portugal operations.
A native of Rome, Virginia started her career as a site engineer working at Air Products for nearly four years, across London, Paris, Strasbourg, and Israel. After returning to Italy, she joined IBM where she worked for 15 years in the Outsourcing division. Hired as a Project Manager, Virginia moved up to an executive position through a series of management roles.
Her experiences growing up in Italy and abroad have fuelled a strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, Virginia earned her scientific diploma in Paris and graduated as an Electronic Engineer from the University Politecnico of Milan. She is also is a certified Project Manager from the Project Management Institute of Washington.

Don McGuire

Previously, he had held the role of President, Employer Services International (ESI) since June 2018. In this position, he led the company’s international regions, ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo and ADP Streamline. His responsibilities included ADP offerings in more than 140 countries and driving strategic growth, operational excellence and providing leadership across this portfolio.
Prior to that, Don served from July 2016 as President, EMEA. From 2013 - 2016 as President APAC Don was based in Singapore where he consolidated and expanded ADP’s Asia Pacific operations. Don joined ADP Canada in 1998 as Vice President, Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2000. His next appointment was as Head of Operations in 2002. Don was appointed General Manager for the ADP UK organisation in September 2007. Don is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

In March 2020, Frank was appointed President, Celergo Streamline. As Executive Leader for this fast growing, large division of ADP delivering Multi-Country Payroll across 140 countries globally, Frank is responsible for leading the overall strategy and performance of the business, balancing the needs of our clients, associates, and shareholders.
Prior to ADP, Frank held management and leadership roles with Hertz in both the United Kingdom and United States.
Frank was born and raised in the Netherlands and has spent more than eight years in the United States before moving to the UK in 1996. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in International Business Administration and General and Strategic Management from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, USA, whilst also representing the university in tennis at NCAA Division I level on an athletic scholarship.

Don Weinstein

Previously, Don served as Chief Strategy Officer of ADP, where he started up the ADP Ventures group that built organic, net-new revenue-generating businesses for ADP and also led the Global Strategy team in completing numerous strategic acquisitions. Previously, he had been Senior Vice President of Product Management, where he was responsible for managing ADP’s portfolio of HCM products as well as directing the company’s annual product innovation investments.
Don has been instrumental in introducing key new products that have delivered rapid success in terms of new product sales. These include ADP Mobile, ADP Analytics, ADP Marketplace, RUN Powered by ADP®, ADP Workforce Now®, and ADP Talent Management.
Prior to joining ADP, Don held senior strategy roles within IBM Corporate Strategy and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Strategy and Change Consulting. He began his career in 1990 with General Electric as an Edison Engineer. Don received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
