Lina Szaks

With more than fourteen years of experience at Celergo, and 2 years at ADP, Lina brings both passion and energy to the ADP Celergo leadership team. She began her career as a Client Account Manager and has been promoted eighteen times at Celergo. She has managed both Service and Implementation organizations at Celergo. She prides herself on having performed every operations role at Celergo including Team Lead, Onboarding/Training Lead and Global Service Delivery Manager.

In her current role, Lina oversees all client services operations in LATAM, US, APAC, and EMEA, as well as the Global Service Delivery, Payment Services, Global System Support, and Global Transition Teams at ADP. She spends her time on operations transformation, leadership coaching, mentoring and developing team members – all with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and the user experience. She is also a specialist in Expatriate payrolls, which she says are more art than science.

Lina is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with concentration in Human Resources. She is based in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
