Laurie Tremper, an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals industry, currently holds the position of Global Payroll Director at the Dow Chemical Company. Over almost 20 years at Dow Chemical, Laurie has significant experience budgeting, accounting, payroll processing, streamlining processes and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Prior to her current role, Laurie held various positions at Dow Chemical in the human resources in various functions, including payroll, time and absence, data management and accounting and has been responsible for leading large work process projects and managing key vendor relationships. Before joining Dow Chemical Company in 2001, Laurie was a Financial Analyst at CPI Engineering Services, Inc. from 1993 through 2000. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Northwood University.
