Start and finish times

Please plan to arrive on Tuesday, February 9 between 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM so that you can collect your event badge, visit the exhibition area and attend Executive one-to-one meetings (if applicable).

On Wednesday, February 10, general session will commence at 9:00 AM promptly and will finish for the day at 5:30 PM, in order to prepare for our evening event.

On Thursday, February 11, general session will start at 9:00 AM and finish at 5:30 PM, followed by our evening entertainment. 

ADP hosts events on both Wednesday and Thursday evenings and attendance at those events is mandatory as per the event terms and conditions. Therefore, you should aim to depart the conference no earlier than the morning of Friday, February 12. 

Dress code 

General session: The dress code is business casual – smart jeans are acceptable. We want you to be comfortable, so formal business dress is not required. Bring a light jacket or sweater, as the general session room may get cool at times. 

Evening events: The dress code is smart casual, which includes jeans. Ties and sports coats are not mandatory for any of our evening events. On both evenings (Wednesday, February 10 and Thursday, February 11) you will be transported by coach to off-site venues. On each occasion the journey time will be up to 20 minutes. On Wednesday evening, there may be a short walk when you get off the coach, so we suggest you bring a coat and comfortable shoes. 

Health advice

Weather

The month of February is still a little chilly but you can expect an average temperature of around 7°C during the day, with a very pleasant high of 12°C, and an evening low of around 2°C. Rain is quite prevalent in February compared to other months in Madrid, so make sure you bring an umbrella or jacket.

The sun shines on average for 2 hours per day, however those hours are likely to be quite bright indeed, so don't forget your sunglasses!

Hotel 

The Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center is in a very accessible location, just 10 minutes from the center of Madrid and a 10 minute taxi ride from Madrid-Barajas Airport.

The hotel has an outdoor, covered pool and fitness center which you are welcome to use.

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is no later than 12:00 PM. 

Hotel cancellations 

ADP will cover the cost of your hotel room for three nights: Tuesday, February 9, Wednesday, February 10 and Thursday, February 11, 2027. We look forward to you joining us for the full conference and all social events. 

If you can no longer attend the ReThink event, you can cancel at any time. However any event cancellations received after Friday, January 8, 2027, for rooms reserved over event dates, will incur a cancellation charge of $500 USD. To cancel your registration, you will need to notify us in writing at rethink@adp.com and contact  booking@marriottauditorium.com to cancel your hotel booking. We do request that you notify us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel so we can offer your place to another client. 

NOTE: You will be required to provide credit card information on booking to secure your room, cover any incidentals, and in case of cancellation. ADP will cover the cost of hotel accommodation for those attending the ADP ReThink conference for the nights of the conference - Tuesday, February 9, Wednesday, February 10 and Thursday, February 11, 2027.
